The school was founded in 1991. Among the courses offered are Taekwondo ITF or self-defense. We organize seminars and various events. We participate in competitions. Classes are divided into groups according to age and technical levels. Training of children from 5 years old.

Teaching ancient Russian martial art Systema in the Czech Republic, includes all techniques of fighting, such as punches, kicks, working with weapons (knife, stick, whip), fighting on the ground, defense against one or several opponents.
