We are a non-political voluntary cultural and sports organisation. Our aim is to promote and develop Aikido as a moral and physical discipline created by Morihei Ueshiba from various traditional martial arts and based on his own spiritual knowledge. We publish teaching materials.

We operate a martial arts association focusing on the practice of Aikido. We organize professional seminars.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

Operation of an organization bringing together those interested in the practice of aikido.

We offer sailboat rental at sea and motorboat rental. We organize skipper courses and training for beginners and advanced sailors. We also provide insurance and sale of boats including equipment.

Internet sales of cycling equipment. Wide range of bicycle components and accessories. Our main focus is bikepacking.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.
