We are an architectural firm active in the Czech Republic since 1992. We offer architectural designs of new buildings and reconstructions, designing of buildings including engineering activities related to the issuance of zoning permits and building permits. We operate throughout the Czech Republic.

We design and build turnkey houses. You can choose from our standard houses in a low-energy design or we can create a customized project in cooperation with our architect. We also offer individual design - apartment buildings, commercial spaces, site planning, parking lots.

I offer individual projects including securing building permits. Family houses, apartment buildings, commercial premises, networks, smaller transport structures. I work with modern elements of low-energy and passive construction.

Ing. arch. Bernadeta Hrubá, a licensed architect with the Czech Chamber of Architects (ČKA). Interior design for apartments and single-family homes, renovations, and architectural studies. Prague and the surrounding area; throughout the Czech Republic by arrangement. Functional layouts, timeless design, 3D visualizations, project documentation, and on-site supervision.

We offer preparation of architectural studies, project documentation, production and delivery of reinforced concrete prefabricated structures for residential and civil construction. We carry out deliveries up to the stage of closed rough construction.
