In our yoga studio we offer group and individual yoga classes that promote harmony of body and mind. We focus on healthy movement patterns and breathing techniques that promote both recovery and relaxation. We are happy to guide you on a path to inner knowing and contentment.

Traditional ashtanga yoga in Pilsen - teaching mysore style, courses for beginners, guided lessons, workshops. We also offer hatha yoga classes, vinyasa, yin yoga and much more. Space for yoga, meditation, dance sessions.

We run a yoga studio. Our intention is to give you time and peace to breathe into your body, quiet your mind and let your soul speak. We believe that when we allow ourselves to step off the merry-go-round of obligations and just be, miracles begin to happen.

Take care of your body and mind with yoga. In our yoga classes we will demonstrate the different postures and their interconnections for engaging different muscle groups and beneficial energetic effects, we will practice breathing and concentration techniques.

A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).

We offer very intensive yoga courses, ZTV courses and also pilates, dance and outdoor instructor courses for future teachers, but also for those who want to learn more about movement and body work. Retraining courses - you can then apply for a trade certificate.

I am Lucie, I live and teach yoga in Sumava. What I do: regular yoga practice in 5 places in Sumava. Video yoga lessons with a comprehensive monthly plan. Individual yoga lessons. Weekend yoga events with trips to beautiful nature.

Yoga courses and lessons for beginners and advanced in Prague. Quiet environment and personal approach. Join us for regular group classes, yoga courses, private lessons, themed workshops or weekend retreats. Studio capacity is 20 people. Exercise mats, pads and other tools are available.
