I have been leading yoga classes since 2017. My domain is Hatha Yoga, which I lead in the traditional disciplined Indian style that I was taught, and with respect for Hatha Yoga principles and practices.

I offer yoga courses, regular classes of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama in Brno and Boskovice. I organize yoga stays. I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching yoga for 14 years.
