We operate a self-help association. We focus on disabled children with combined defects, children with intellectual disabilities, physical, sensory and other health impairments. We operate sheltered workshops. Organizes volunteer services. Organizes psycho-rehabilitation and camp stays.

We guide people with learning disabilities to manage their lives and take care of themselves as much as possible.

We are the umbrella organization for wheelchair basketball in the Czech Republic. We organize national club competitions, take care of national team activities, promote our sport among the public, support our specialists in the positions of players, coaches, classifiers and referees in their activities.
