We run a restaurant in the unique and inspiring space of the New Theatre in Pilsen. We offer meals all day long, as well as a lunch menu.

We prepare gluten-free and lactose-free meals, and we’re also happy to accommodate other dietary needs. Just let the server know when you order. You can pay in cash or via online banking.

This gluten-free restaurant has risotteria italiana in its name, focuses on rice and uses it in various forms in most dishes from appetizer to dessert. The menu is thus gluten-free, but at the same time varied and very tasty. It will satisfy not only gluten-free but also lovers of Italian cuisine, meat and seafood.
