I offer individual, group and circuit training including nutritional advice. I lead fitness, strength and weight loss training. I provide advice on body shaping and sculpting and sports training. I set up training and diet plans.

Fitness center with a friendly atmosphere. You can choose from a variety of group classes or use the services of a personal trainer. You will find Thai boxing, boxing, grappling, stretching, and circuit training. Last but not least, a collective of people who love sports.

Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline. We have our own dedicated gym.
