Our gym is one of the oldest MMA gyms in the Czech Republic. Its founder Daniel Barták is one of the first pioneers and leading figures of MMA in the Czech Republic. We offer MMA training, BJJ, grappling, Thai boxing and special training for children, both for advanced and complete beginners.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We teach children gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

The head coach of the gym is Robert Keno, holder of the title of Global International Champion in Brown Belt Master category, winner of many other continental and national tournaments of IBJJF, NAGA and UAEJJ. One of the few black belt holders in BJJ obtained under Fernando Araujo.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We organize summer children's camps focusing on aikido, dance, sleight of hand and classic leisure activities for children and young people.

We offer jiu-jitsu classes. Our class is primarily for beginners looking for self-defense. We teach punches, kicks, weapons combat, holds, drapes, levers, chokes and other techniques.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.
