We are a well-established construction company carrying out a variety of civil engineering works. We focus mainly on new buildings and reconstruction of buildings, removal of dampness in masonry, insulation of buildings, remediation work. We mainly operate in the Central Bohemia region and especially in the districts of Mladá Boleslav, Mělník, Prague East.

We build low-energy family houses on a turnkey basis - wooden houses and classic brick structures. We offer you a tour of already built houses. We will modify the standard houses according to your requirements. Since 2009 we have built over 1300 houses.

We produce ecopanels. We design and build family houses, turnkey wooden houses, passive houses and low-energy wooden houses. Ecopanels can be used for ceilings, wall cladding, partition walls, loft conversions.

We realize wooden buildings made of solid wood. The walls of our houses consist of three layers of solid wood without embedded PVC (vapor barrier) foils. The panel itself is diffusion open. We can reduce the construction of the house to 5 months with perfect preparation before the start of the implementation.

Construction activities from the ground up: foundations, rough construction, plasterboards, plasters, facades, tiles, roofs, electrical, water, heating, projects, construction supervision of the investor, and so on.

Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.
