The largest and oldest library of technical literature in the Czech Republic with a capacity of around 926,000 volumes. Its primary function is to provide technical information resources and services to students, teachers and researchers, as well as to those interested in technical information from the general public.

Operation of the library. There is a public internet connection. We also lend books in English, French and German. We organise cultural events for kindergartens and primary schools. We offer excursions and talks.

We operate a library. There are approximately 1500 books, 50 titles of American academic and popular magazines, USA Today, a collection of American not only documentary films on DVD and online databases.

The library is divided into a lending library, a study room and a reading room. We provide the possibility of absentee borrowing or full-time study and internet access. There are also scripts, Czech and foreign language literature, journals and daily newspapers in several languages, working papers, statistics and more.

Library of exile and samizdat literature and magazines. We deal with publishing and exhibition activities. We offer copying services and provide consultations and computer research.

The book collection consists of about 3900 volumes, of which 300 volumes are the exchange collection, i.e. the borrowed collection is from the Prague City Library. To make the library more interesting, we do readings and discussions for school and pre-school pupils.

Offering library services and internet access. We offer approximately 7800 books and periodicals for loan. We provide interlibrary loan services. We have magazines such as Level, CHIP, Quatrefoil, Witch and Vlasta available for borrowing.
