Baking yeast bread is not rocket science, it is work, care and love. It takes three days for a loaf to become a loaf. It would be quicker if it weren't for the meticulous attention we pay to the selection of ingredients, the slow natural fermentation process and the craftsmanship of the dough.

We are a small family company, we are engaged in the production of yeast pastries according to traditional recipes. We try to do everything without added chemicals and other substitutes.
