Korean self-defense training. Organizing weekend camps and courses. Our school is an organizer of masters league rounds. Recruitments take place all year round by individual agreement. Training is for pre-school children aged 6 and up, students, juniors, seniors, and parents with children.

We offer kickboxing classes. We focus on the basics of martial arts, development of physical fitness and agility, self-control, guidance to patience and perseverance.

We offer self-defense classes, zanchin budo martial arts and personal training. We organize seminars. We provide group instruction for companies, clubs, organizations, civic associations, schools, physical education units and the military. We also do exercises aimed at meditation, developing energy perception and harmonizing the body.

Traditional karate and self-defense since 1996.

Offering Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong and Gong Fu classes.

We offer exercises for the little ones with simple elements of karate, karate courses for children, adolescents and adults. We also conduct professional karate classes, we are dedicated to kata and kumite training. The trainings include personal development topics such as communication, acceptance of change, self-confidence and others.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and pass on important techniques and methods.

Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986. Our endeavor has always been and will continue to be to practice and spread Kendo as "The Way of the Sword" in the spirit of its deep traditions and philosophy.
