I operate a climbing school. I offer climbing courses on artificial wall, outdoors, on sandstone rocks, on ice and for beginners. I also teach the basics of moving on glaciers, via ferrata and tree climbing. I organize children's climbing clubs, individual events and expeditions.

We offer coaching licenses for instructors/coaches of wushu, qigong, taiji, taichi. We incorporate current knowledge in the field of physiotherapy into the content. Our courses include the martial aspect of exercise as well as health cultivation, you can choose according to your inclination.

We offer skateboarding lessons for children, where we focus not only on riding technique, but also on mutual respect and cooperation. Our classes create a strong community where we help kids develop and overcome obstacles. Skateboarding is our passion and we share it with everyone who joins us.

We offer health exercises aimed at relaxation and correct posture using the SM system. Our classes and courses help to improve back health and overall well-being. We emphasize a personal approach and effective exercises for all ages.

We hold regular Tai Chi and other Chinese exercise classes. We organise weekend seminars, summer camps, study trips to China and individual Tai Chi tuition. We practice at a recreational and intensive level.
