We offer jumping classes (original exercise on trampolines), flowin (complete shaping), Hanky Kynychová's belly baking, pilates, power yoga, DrumFit (new exercise), piloxing (boxing, dancing, pilates), bosu (cardio) and circuit training. For relaxation, there is a relaxation zone in the large hall or solarium.

We realize corporate and teambuilding events. We organize outdoor or indoor activities, events and incetives. We offer catering services. We organize sports activities including rafting, ski mountaineering, horse riding, climbing, skiing, diving, painball, quad biking and mountain biking.

The primary mission of the centre is individual care for the musculoskeletal system of children and adults, its correction and maintenance. An integral part of the centre is a gym offering movement courses and a playroom for the little ones with a regular movement programme.
