Running a canoeing club. We focus on providing state and departmental sports representation in the Czech Republic. The main task is to create conditions for sports preparation for top world competitions - Olympic Games, World Championships, European Championships and other major competitions.

I organize Pilates and Bosu Pilates classes for body strengthening. I offer instructor services, exercises for all ages and levels. I provide special classes for expectant mothers and women after childbirth.

Organising summer hockey school and training weekends as well as tours abroad and the open national amateur ice hockey championship. We also organize preparatory camps and skating lessons.

We specialize in healthy forms of movement - strong mid-body, prevention of muscular imbalances, harmonization of mind and body. We offer individual consultations and customized movement plans, children's ballet training and adult ballet classes.
