We offer year-round tennis lessons at your place of residence for all children regardless of age: preschoolers 4 - 6 years old, elementary school children 6 - 10 years old, girls and boys 10 - 15 years old. In the summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our TS.

We are engaged in teaching and organizing diving courses. We organize tours, safaris and trips to swimming pools. We also focus on club events and pool training. We provide various types of training from beginner to comprehensive training for top athletes.

We run a hockey school to improve and enhance players' hockey skills and abilities for successful team performance. We focus on on and off ice training, goalie training and psychological preparation. We organize discussions with NHL players.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and pass on important techniques and methods.

Offer yoga classes.

We organize sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We provide the possibility of renting indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We focus on lacrosse, tennis, karate, fitness, basketball, dance, gymnastics, yoga, volleyball and athletics. A gym is available.

We offer exercises for the little ones with simple elements of karate, karate courses for children, adolescents and adults. We also conduct professional karate classes, we are dedicated to kata and kumite training. The trainings include personal development topics such as communication, acceptance of change, self-confidence and others.

Swimming at the Fairgrounds is for children 6 years and older who have mastered the basics of swimming. We organize swimming camps, family stays and swimming camps. We participate in the Alliance swimming competitions. We teach swimming lessons for children from 5 months at swimming pools all over Prague.
