We provide swimming lessons for infants, toddlers and children under 12. We have lessons for children up to 4 years old in this pool. We swim with babies from 2 months in your home in the bathtub, and from 5 months in pools all over Prague under the guidance of experienced instructors. We organize stays for families with children and swimming camps.

I provide services of a holistic FIT trainer. I offer personal training and online exercise courses.
