Los Podolos is a joint project of several sports enthusiasts who desperately needed a place like this in this part of the city. We're not one of the biggest gyms, but the nearly 200 m2 of exercise space provides plenty of room to play sports while maintaining our moose atmosphere.

We are a fitness center with a gym and cardio room equipped with StarTrac machines. We offer functional training, aerobics, TRX, yoga - classes, classes with a trainer and children's exercise classes. In our premises you will also find two modern solariums along with a VacuShape machine.

Operates an online store offering fitness equipment. The range includes steppers, balls, overballs, expanders, elastic bands, trampolines, mats and rollers. We also supply dumbbells, discs, axles, racks, benches. We sell cardio and weight machines.

We produce workout playgrounds, climbing frames for the garden, fitness trapezes, ribstol - ladders, trapezes for the garden. 100% Czech production.

Family fitness center offering group classes (pilates, bodyform, BOSU, circuit training), exercise for seniors, personal training and cardio programs. Welcomes all ages and fitness levels.

Operation of the fitness centre. There is a fully equipped cardio zone and a large number of fitness machines. There is also a shared sauna with relaxation zone and solariums.

We sell sports equipment such as dumbbells, functional benches, racks, bags and balls, ropes and tyres.

A place to spend hours. Offering CrossFit, circuit and functional training, weightlifting, gymnastics and much more. We'll help you get started with regular movement. We are opening a beginner's class on - ramp.

The modern fitness centre of almost 2,000 m² offers Technogym and Precor fitness machines. There are two solariums and a Finnish sauna. There is also body composition measurement on the InBody device, which provides you with accurate data on your health status.

A smaller but modern self-service branch located in the Airport Business Centre building right next to Prague Airport. Members can work out here conveniently without a reception - entry is fully digital via the My Max Fitness mobile app or My Multisport app.
