I lead individual classes, organize weekend relaxation and therapeutic stays in the Bohemian Paradise or weekly stays in Luhačovice spa and on the thermal island of Ischia. I work as a guide in the field of personal development.

Classes include physical, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, taught by experienced certified practitioners.
