Our mission is to provide our clients with a dignified life and to enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible with our services.

Offering exercise classes for adults, children and seniors including health exercises. We offer Powerjoga, Pilates and Yoga.

Residential home for the elderly and people with communication disorders. It provides non-residential day care for seniors with reduced self-care or social isolation and professional speech therapy for people with impaired communication, e.g. after a stroke. It is part of an intergenerational centre for the elderly and children.

Offering Hatha, Gravid and classical yoga, Pilates, aerobics, Bosu body and core classes for women of all ages. We organize weight reduction courses. We implement individual plans. We sell barley - Green Ways and products from Nutra bona.

We provide yoga classes for women, larger children from 3 to 7 years old, or married couples.

We offer coaching from beginner to advanced and personal coaching. Boxing, kids exercise, circuit training, pilates, fit boy and power yoga available.

Capoeira school of Angola and centre of other physical activities. Therapeutic sessions available by appointment.

We operate a regeneration studio. We specialize in physiotherapy, kinesiotaping, ergonomic counseling, craniosacral and raindrop therapy. We provide group exercises such as yoga, Tai-chi and rehabilitation exercises on gymnastic balls.

Wide range of yoga courses throughout Prague. We offer the classic system of Yoga in Daily Life (8 parts), dynamic activating exercises to promote vitality, health exercises for back pain (suitable also for those with low mobility), exercises for pregnant women, exercises for preschool and school children, exercises for the elderly.
