The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

Café and fine brunch bistro with an open kitchen concept. The chefs prepare the menu from the grill almost under your hands. Sitting on the terrace, you enjoy the view of the whole city in addition to a glass of aperol. At the end, the waiter brings you a cup of choice coffee and an honest dessert from our bakery as a sweet spot.

Offer meals and specialties of home cooking. Possibility to organize training or private and corporate events. Capacity is 48 seats at the table, additional seats are in the lounge with fireplace, where there are 35 seats at the table. In the summer season there is a possibility of sitting on the outdoor terrace with 40 seats. It is possible to rent a grill. Accommodation available.

The brewery restaurant is only 1 km from the R10, located in the neighbourhood of the brewery and Svijany Castle. Open daily from 11° to 22° We cook traditional Czech cuisine. Lunch menu including weekends from 11°° to 15°°/16° hours, after 15° on weekends after 16° menu from the permanent menu.
