A wine tasting cellar built in a labyrinth of 750m long passages in the rock below Větruší, in a former air-raid shelter. 60 seats - cask wines. The brewery is a restaurant brewery with a hotel. We brew and tap beers that are unfiltered and unpasteurized to preserve all the original nutrients. We offer up to 6 beers and seasonal beer specials. We arrange a tour of the microbrewery. We have been awarded Beer of the Year 2011 and 2012.
