Gastro specialties are based on French techniques with Scandinavian accents and are not afraid to venture into Europe, the USA and Asia. The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.
