Primary purpose and business is to provide social services to seniors and adult women with intellectual or combined disabilities. Within our services we provide the following basic activities: accommodation, meals, health care in the form of special outpatient care, rehabilitation care.

Provision of residential social services for people with chronic mental illness caused by alcohol. We promote self-sufficiency and independence. We offer accommodation in a dignified environment and protection of human rights and freedoms, activation activities. We mediate contact with the social environment.

We provide four social services - Therapeutic Addiction Community, Social Rehabilitation, Halfway House and Outreach Program. We help people at risk of social exclusion or substance addiction to bridge a difficult time in their lives and find a new path in life.

Operation of sheltered housing for people with intellectual disabilities aged 19 to 64 who require the help or assistance of another person. In the area of meals, clients manage their own meals independently and individually with the help of an assistant. We promote the users' independence and integration into everyday life.

Operation of a retirement home for persons over 62 years of age who have reduced self-sufficiency mainly due to age or whose situation requires regular assistance from another natural person and can no longer be provided by another outpatient or outreach service. We offer accommodation, meals and social care.

Sheltered housing is a residential service provided to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability or chronic illness, including mental illness, whose situation requires the assistance of another natural person.

Providing social and health services. We provide care for citizens needing comprehensive care for permanent changes in health status. We provide blood draws and injections. We offer collaboration with diabetes clinics.

Operation of a nursing home.

People can enter sheltered housing after completing at least three months of treatment for addiction or after serving a sentence. The programme lasts 9 months. Users undergo mandatory 2-3 months of vocational rehabilitation, participate in support groups, enter employment, and repay their debts.

In addition to inpatient and respite care, the hospice and respite care service includes an outpatient palliative care clinic, facilities for home hospice care, and a hospice care counseling center. Clients may be accompanied by their loved ones, who can stay with them. The inpatient respite care service allows families to temporarily take over the complete care of the patient.

Home Hospice is a not-for-profit religious organization providing care, assistance and support to patients who are in the advanced or terminal stages of illness (called terminal illness) and who wish to receive care in a home setting. We operate a rental service for compensatory aids. We provide counselling.

Operation of a nursing home with a capacity of 20 apartments. Providing housing and services for elderly and disabled citizens.

We provide expert nursing (medical) care for patients in their home environment.

Providing care services to women and men aged 16 to 80 with mild and moderate mental retardation, immobile patients or sensory impairment. There are single and double rooms with a total capacity of 11 beds.
