Organisation of cultural programmes. In addition to the seasonal exhibitions, there are two exhibitions: loans of original Turnov decorations on Torah scrolls from the Jewish Museum in Prague and archaeological findings from the medieval house that used to stand on the site of the synagogue.

The museum presents visitors with exhibitions and displays, workshops for children and adults, a park with sculptures and rare trees. The castle was the location of the film The Queen's Game. We also exhibit the studio of Zdenka Braunerová. We organize cultural and social events. We carry out conservation and restoration of monuments.

We provide complete tourist information about the town of Turnov and the Bohemian Paradise region. We sell maps, postcards, collectibles, souvenirs and regional products. We provide advance ticket sales and act as a contact point for IDOL/OPUSCARD. There is an internet corner.

Trips and excursions for kindergartens, schools and gymnasiums. Lecture programmes introducing in an active way the past of man and archaeology within sight of Mount Říp. Souvenir shop, refreshments, playground and lunch. Your journey to prehistoric times begins in the HistoryPark.

Nowadays, you can see the interiors of the classicist and romantic palace with rich period furnishings or the Chapel of St. John of Nepomuk. In the medieval cellar you will find an exhibition dedicated to sandstone. From the walls there is also a nice view of the surroundings.
