We are passionate sports enthusiasts who have been running an aerobic club for children since 2006. We offer a wide range of sporting activities and suburban camps that promote exercise and fun. Our goal is to provide a space for all children to compete and enjoy movement.

Fitness training in the fresh air for moms with kids. Exercise with strollers, running and weight training with strollers, sports workshops and training. In a nationwide sports programme we motivate mums to exercise, healthy lifestyle and active motherhood. We organise events for parents and their children.

I offer training for children from babies to schoolchildren. We can start exercising with children from a very young age. From gentle touches in the form of massages, which children love so much, to different routines in a playful way. Children are more aware of their bodies. They gain better dexterity, flexibility and mobility.
