We offer courses of Chinese Qigong and Taichi exercises with complementary shiatsu therapy. Balanced, physically undemanding activity for all ages aimed at regenerating physical and mental strength. We also provide private instruction, weekend seminars and regular summer retreats with exercise classes.

We offer services of a studio specialized in Pilates exercise method. There are four halls, Foam Roller, Magic Circle, BOSU, Arc Barrel, Smart Spine. The studio includes Pilates machines imported from the USA such as the Clinical Reformer, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel. Organization of seminars, courses.

I offer movement seminars. I show clients a different approach to movement, I lead them to the way of perceiving their own body, to the fact that movement and exercise does not have to hurt, but on the contrary we can enjoy it and that anyone can start exercising at any time.
