We are one of several dozen clubs in the Czech Republic where the self-defense system of Krav Maga is taught within the Czech section of KMG. We organize regular trainings, courses, thematic seminars for our students.

The first Krav Maga school in the Hradec Kralove region with regular classes. Classes are taught by KMG instructor Bc. Rudolf Kotrč, instructor - lecturer of service training of the Police of the Czech Republic. Experience: instructor, test commissioner, referee and coach of JKA Karate-do, holder of II. Dan, boxing, Aikido, FISFO.

Obtaining a license "Instructor" skiing on the course is a prerequisite if you want to work as an instructor. During the ski instructor course, our teaching team will pass on their experience so that you become a capable ski instructor.

We offer a combination of psychology and yoga to help children and adults better understand themselves. Our children's yoga and individual sessions promote development and self-discovery. We work with mindful movement, breath and offer handouts such as mindful movement cards and ebooks for parents and educators.
