In the studio, you can choose from almost twenty types of exercises, the form and difficulty of the exercise that suits you, under the expert guidance of our instructors. We have two halls for various types of exercises. The studio includes a pleasant seating area with refreshments in the reception area.

We offer regular yoga, pilates and yolagiles classes as well as yoga for healthy backs and children. Our organic yoga mats and intuitive jewelry will support you on your journey to inner harmony. With us you will learn to love and respect your body and move consciously. Let's move the soul together.

We offer classical pilates classes for different levels and specific groups. Our classes are conducted in Czech language and focus on improving fitness and flexibility. We also have rooms available for rent for private practice or group activities. Come work out with us and push your limits.
