We offer swimming lessons for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We hold classes for parents with children and professional home visits for swimming for young infants. Home swimming is suitable for young infants from six weeks to six months. Swimming is done in the home environment in your own bath.

Our strengths are a wide range of Pilates classes, using knowledge from rehabilitation and physiotherapy (we work with many leading physiotherapists) and a range of fitness exercises for better physical condition-TRX, jumping, zumba, bosu, yoga, piloxing, taebo, as well as nutritional advice.
