The purpose of our work is to support the mental health of children and adults through various types of therapies including psychotherapy. I am a 2nd class yoga practitioner focusing on the health aspects of yoga, a practitioner of Dinah Rodriguez Hormonal Yoga Therapy, Mohenjo Yoga for Women, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoni Yoga. I am also a postpartum doula and guide for women on their journey to self.

As a doula I offer professional support during pregnancy, birth and afterwards. I work in Ústí nad Labem, Central Bohemia and Prague. I provide antenatal preparation, lactation counselling, accompaniment to childbirth, rebozo techniques, women's napping and postnatal care. I will support you every step of the way.

We are a professional organisation of midwives and postnatal doulas. Our members provide information and care for women and their families during pregnancy, childbirth and the six months of labor. They provide assistance with clarifying priorities, developing a birth plan/wishes and continuous accompaniment during labor or postpartum care and assistance with breastfeeding.

I guide women and their families through pregnancy and the postpartum period so that they can experience a beautiful and empowering start to parenthood.
