The winery was established in 2019 and is located in the Mikulov wine sub-region. A boutique winery that makes small batches of interesting wines for you with love and humility, using a lot of handmade techniques. Our wines, are produced in limited quantities with an emphasis on terroir (grapes come only from the winery's own vineyards, from specific soil and climate conditions).

You'll know a winery's handwriting by its textbook varietal wines. The family owns one of the oldest cellars in South Moravia. As a tribute to Pavlovice, wine and Habanese history, they have launched an interactive experience tour inside. During the season, you will be treated to more than 15 samples. The family winery operates in the largest wine-growing village in the Czech Republic and continues the family tradition of wine growing established here in the 17th century. Wine grapes are grown in our own vineyards. We make twelve varieties of wine in small batches of 300 - 1500 bottles.
