Brazilian jiu-jitsu and self-defense offers a unique journey that will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally. Whether you are an adult looking for a dynamic workout, a teenager looking to develop self-confidence, or a parent who wants your child to learn self-defense and discipline, BJJ has something for everyone.

We offer classes and private lessons focusing on Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing, Modern Arnis and self defence. We deal with conditioning kickboxing full-contact style FULLCONTACT, KICKBOX - LOW KICK, K-1 and semi-contact style LIGHTCONTACT and SEMICONTACT. We also provide programs for practitioners 30 years of age and up.

We operate a Thai boxing school that focuses on orthodox Muay Thai and the ancient martial arts of Muay Boran and Krabi Krabong. We take an individual approach to training and we certainly don't want mass training where you get a trainer once or twice a session.

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We teach children gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.
