In our yoga school, we focus on a deep understanding of yoga as a lifestyle. We offer a variety of courses, from Hatha Yoga to Ayurveda, to enrich your personal practice and teach you to pass on your knowledge. We believe that yoga connects and creates a strong community. We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

You can attend my yoga classes every Monday during the school year from 18:00 in the gym of the business academy without the need for prior reservation. During the summer holidays there is outdoor yoga at Vyšehrad. Classes are suitable for yoga beginners.

We offer yoga and pilates classes, for beginners and advanced. We cater for the early bird, the night owl, and those who only have time to attend classes at the weekend. We are an international team of great instructors who care about making you feel good. We have plenty of classes in English, too. Looking forward to it!

Yoga courses and lessons for beginners and advanced in Prague. Quiet environment and personal approach. Join us for regular group classes, yoga courses, private lessons, themed workshops or weekend retreats. Studio capacity is 20 people. Exercise mats, pads and other tools are available.

We offer unique pets yoga classes that combine movement and relaxation for you and your pets. We take care of hygiene and safety so you can enjoy an unforgettable experience. A gift certificate for our classes is a great way to please animal lovers.

In our studio we focus on yin yoga and ashtanga yoga. We offer deep relaxation and strengthening of the body through various asanas such as the boat pose or the stretched side angle pose. Our classes promote the harmony of Yin and Yang energy, which contributes to overall mental and physical health.

Open yoga classes and courses, one-off workshops, chi kung and meditation sessions. We guide beginners to practice classical Hatha and dynamic vinyasa, relaxation yoga for peace of mind and body, yoga for a healthy back, pregnancy and seniors. We conduct classes live in the studio and online.

We offer Hatha Yoga and Yoga Gymnastics classes. We are an organization with 50 years of tradition and a team of quality practitioners. In addition to exercise, we organize group outings, yoga weekends and other club activities.
