It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).

We operate a maternity centre. There is a playroom, dance and art classes and English language classes for children. For adults we offer power yoga and hatha yoga, pilates or English classes. We provide socio-educational counselling for children up to 7 years old.

We run a kindergarten with swimming for children aged 3 to 7, swimming for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, and a kids club for children aged two and over. We offer sports clubs for children and adults, camps, counseling in the field of upbringing and education of children.

We offer disco dance, art dance, street dance, ballet and gymnastics classes for children from 3,5 years old to dance classes for adults and yoga classes. Operates in Prague 13, 5 and 4.
