I offer yoga classes and courses for adults and children. We can meet in person or remotely.

Offering hatha yoga classes for healthy backs, beginners, pregnant women and dynamic vinyasa-power yoga.

Offering yoga and exercise classes for parents with children.

Using mindfulness, yoga and psychotherapy, I help clients to find balance in their minds, to learn to consciously perceive their body, its needs and signals. If you are looking for a way to manage challenging situations, excessive stress and emotions, drop me a line.

Operation of a wellness center. We offer exercise, yoga, massage, hairdressing, manicures, pedicures and other services.

We operate a maternity centre. There is a playroom, dance and art classes and English language classes for children. For adults we offer power yoga and hatha yoga, pilates or English classes. We provide socio-educational counselling for children up to 7 years old.

We run a kindergarten with swimming for children aged 3 to 7, swimming for babies, toddlers and pre-school children, and a kids club for children aged two and over. We offer sports clubs for children and adults, camps, counseling in the field of upbringing and education of children.

A small studio with a personal approach was established in 2013. It offers yoga therapy for correct posture, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Feldenkrais® method, Pilates, OM CHANTING, women's circles, dance meditation, therapies (PSYCH-K®, narrative psychotherapy, Bio-Orgonomic healing, cranio-sacral therapy).

A yoga and pilates studio where you will find your strength and peace. We are characterized by a homely atmosphere of well-being and acceptance.
