Wine based on nature, which we create with minimal human intervention - we leave everything as much as possible to nature. After the first racking, we do not interfere with the wine and let it lie on fine lees with occasional stirring (the so-called batonage method).

Modern winery based on family and local tradition. The family has been viticulture since 1938. Wines are produced using modern, gentle technology with respect to the traditional production methods of the family's ancestors. The winery's strategy is to produce beautiful, light, as natural and fresh wines as possible.
