I help people better understand themselves, their bodies, and the connections between their experiences. Together, we explore ways to bring about change in their personal lives, relationships, health, work, and business. I am a senior specialist in the JIH® method and a mentor. I integrate work with the mind, body, and emotions with practical steps in everyday life.

We provide individual and team business coaching focused on tapping into transformational potential.
