We operate a museum with an exhibition of history, ethnography, art monuments, paintings and archaeology of the town of Slany. We organize seasonal exhibitions, thematic concerts, lectures, walks and more. We offer rooms for rent including the possibility of organizing weddings.

The museum has been housed since 2002 in the listed building of the pseudo-Gothic Hradiště castle. The museum owns a rich archaeological, ethnographic, art and industrial collection. The castle houses permanent exhibitions of regional history and hosts exhibitions and concerts.

Museum focused on the history of the region, part of the exhibition is dedicated to alchemy in the castle.

You will see vintage and retro dolls, prams, toys, teddy bears, furniture and other essential equipment. You can also buy souvenirs and dolls on site.

We operate the premises and provide cave tours. The Koněprusské Caves are located in Central Bohemia, seven kilometres south of Beroun in the protected area of the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area, near the castles of Křivoklát and Karlštejn. They were discovered in 1950 and opened to the public in 1959.

In the museum you can see an exhibition on the history of the village and other exhibitions dedicated to crafts, beekeeping.

We operate a museum about the history and ethnography of Chodsko, the life and work of the famous native Henry Simon Baar.

In an unused underground passageway under the town office, visitors will be reminded of the history of the Richard Limestone Mine, which was written in three periods. The exhibition traces the period of the limestone mine, the underground factory and the radioactive waste repository.

The permanent exhibition presents the history of Velvar and its surroundings. The museum organises short-term exhibitions, cultural and educational events, children's programmes and poetry days. Tourist stamps, business cards and Czech tourist cards available for purchase.

The interactive exhibition of mechanical toys features steam engines, transportation and military toys, moving dancing figurines, optical devices, games, building sets, and collectible rarities. Popular attractions include demonstrations of historic trains running on a large electrified track and the ČSD children’s transportation office.

The villa of the architect Otto Rothmayer houses a permanent exhibition The Story of a House and a Family. The exhibition recalls the distinctive style of Otto Rothmayer's architectural work and at the same time seeks to evoke the atmosphere of the living, working and artistic environment that Rothmayer created together with his wife.

The main mission of the centre is to promote modern Prague interwar and post-war architecture, residential culture, applied arts and lifestyle, represented in different ways in the two buildings, in close connection with two important villas - Müller and Rothmayer.
