The Museum of East Bohemia in Hradec Králové is a contributory organization established by the Hradec Králové Region. The exposition called Snippets of History will non-violently take visitors away from the reality of an over-technologized world and draw them into a world of captivating stories. At the next exhibition, you will stand on the banks of the region's largest body of water, the Velký rybník nature reserve.

The exhibition is accompanied by two cartoon characters who once lived in Trebic, the merchant Francesco Calligardi and the chronicler Jan Scuhenius. Together with them, visitors will discover how the basilica was built, how the town was founded and developed, or discover the beauty of old crafts. Entrance to the exhibition is through the TIC Basilica.

The museum is named after its founder Dr. Antonín Frič, a paleontologist, geologist and professor of zoology at Charles University, who was treated at the local spa. Here you will find natural curiosities and natural history exhibits. The museum is currently closed to the public.

Běliště is one of the largest and most beautiful timbered buildings in Železný Brod and an unusual example of Pojizer folk architecture. The building is open to the public and houses the ethnographic exhibition of the Železný Brod Municipal Museum.
