The branch specializes in electronic data exchange (edi), paperless circulation of documents (eInvoicing) and other services such as electronic filing of goods. ORiON edi is used by over 3,000 companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The archives provides pre-archival care and shredding procedures in its area of competence. It processes, registers and makes available the archives stored. We preserve the written heritage for the present and the future and have a wealth of material of cultural and historical significance, building on its predecessors.

The association aims to promote good practice and improve quality standards in the management and control of records and information.

The activities of the department consist in providing the services of the mailroom and filing room, technical support for elections, implementation of eGovernment at the office, document management and their maintenance in systems, setting up processes and performing tasks related to quality and environmental management, GDPR and whistleblowing.

We deal with archiving documents on the history of technology, science, industry, crafts, business and trade.

We provide storage of your documents in our archives, their management and shredding. These are mainly accounting and payroll documents. We provide complete document management for company liquidations and insolvency administrators.
