The European House of Yoga Light is the fulfilment of a vision to create a space where people from the yoga field can come together.

We offer a wide range of yoga classes including ashtanga vinyasa and spiral yoga. We focus on parents with children and encourage them to spend time together. Our studio is a place for personal growth and relaxation.

We organize extracurricular activities, classes, competitions, occasional events and summer and winter camps. We offer the opportunity to attend sports, language, dance, music, movement or art groups.

We provide yoga classes for women, larger children from 3 to 7 years old, or married couples.

I am a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching yoga since 2007. I offer public group and individual classes and also teach online. You can choose from our yoga classes for body regeneration, mental relaxation and soul harmony.
