We offer Yoga classes and courses. I combine Yoga, developmental kinesiology and the findings of modern physiotherapy. I am a pupil of PhDr. Jiří Čumpelík, a personality of Czech rehabilitation and Yoga. Classes are mainly focused on health Yoga.

Our company specializes in hormonal yoga, which brings beneficial effects to the female body and supports the balance of hormones. We offer exercises that help improve health and well-being. We also focus on preventing diabetes and improving eyesight. Our methods are effective and accessible to all.
