We run a youth hiking club. We focus on hiking and camping. We organize weekend expeditions and summer camps. We teach knot tying, lassoing and ciphering. We play various unconventional games and competitions. We organize skiing or cross-country skiing trips in the mountains, bike tours and boating expeditions.

We organize self-defense courses. We organize trainings, lectures and rehearsals of real situations. We train Krav Maga, boxing, BJJ, MMA.

We operate a thai boxing club. MMA and kickboxing are also available.

The chess school organizes many chess clubs, group and individual trainings for all ages and abilities in Frýdek-Místek and its surroundings. It organizes many chess competitions and tournaments. The most famous of them are international festivals: Tournaments of Chess Hopes and Talent CUP.

Self defense classes for men and women, close combat instruction. Krav Maga section. Weaponless fighting classes. We are the official representatives of the European Federation of Krav Maga RD in the Czech Republic.

Operation of a handball club. Our club has a men's team, mini-boys, younger pupils A, B, C, older pupils A, B, younger and older pupils, B team. We participate in matches and tournaments.

We run an institution focusing on organizational, administrative and economic support for the activities of associated associations. We promote and protect common interests and rights.
