We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.

The club brings together athletes interested in long distance running. Most members are runners but we also have trained coaches and athletics referees amongst us. The main reason for the foundation was to unite people whose hobby is running. Our interest is to encourage those who do not have the courage to start running themselves.

Our goal is to help people grow and improve through physical activity. We specialize in Krav Maga and fitness where we focus on self-defense and physical fitness. Our trainers are experienced and do everything possible to help our clients achieve their goals.

We run a club and school specialising in the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do. We organize regular trainings, camps, camps. Taekwon-Do is characterized by great strength, perfect foot technique, speed and agility. It also includes mental training and unarmed combat techniques for self-defense.

We run a martial arts school.

The club provides a space for children from 5 years old to play sports in a general sports club. The U6, U8 and U10 prep teams then focus on rugby tuition and training. The U12 junior, U14 senior, U16 cadet and U19 junior teams are already fully developing competitions. We are still recruiting members.

Running sports clubs focusing on gymnastics, athletics, basketball, bodybuilding, karate, swimming, bmx, orienteering, handball, climbing, bodybuilding, table tennis, ski mountaineering, weightlifting, wrestling, volleyball, cycling, chess and skiing.

Organization, development and promotion of various sports activities, especially karate. Offer of training sessions. Organisation of tournaments and competitions.

Operation of a handball club. Our club has a men's team, mini-boys, younger pupils A, B, C, older pupils A, B, younger and older pupils, B team. We participate in matches and tournaments.

We organize a sports club for children and youth focused on judo, jiu-jitsu and aikido. We conduct trainings for beginners and advanced. We participate in tournaments and competitions.

In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

We run a physical education unit with a focus on ice hockey.
