In our self-defense club in Opava we train modern real self-defense krav maga and jiu jitsu, supplemented with work with vital kyusho points. The training is focused on real situations, personal safety and practical defence in everyday life. Training is designed for children, youth and adults.

We teach the Wing Tsun self-defense system, and at the same time organize courses, lectures and seminars in the field of violent crime prevention. A special area is organizing seminars, courses and lectures for children, professionals from the Police of the Czech Republic, Municipal Police, health professionals, authorities, etc.

Operation of a sports association with a focus on karate. The main focus is the healthy physical and mental development of youth, filling leisure activities, the need for goals, natural competitiveness is a prerequisite for their further sporting and social growth.
