We operate a sports club focused on karate. We prepare competition groups, children's teams and adult classes. Training includes Shotokan style karate, sport karate, self-defense and tchai-ji classes. We organize various seminars on karate, competitions and matches in this sport. We accept new members.

We are engaged in the training and practice of the martial art of Aikido. We also offer lessons in Kick boxing, self-defense, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Eskrima, Kendo or Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu. We teach children, teenagers and adults. We also provide the possibility of renting halls during free hours. We sell kimonos, weapons, hakami and more.

We teach Shotokan Karate (JKA) with love, enthusiasm, but also with fighting spirit. Our goal is a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, but also good results at competitions. Karate is suitable for children and adults of any age, our home locations are Prague 10, Měcholupy and Štěrboholy.

Taekwondo martial arts training. We teach basic movements, combat training and self-defense. We participate in competitions and tournaments. Taekwondo can be actively practiced at virtually any age - from school age to retirement. We organize various camps.

Karate sports club, exercises for children and adults, teaching Shotokan style (kata, kihon, kumite). Physical training, fitness exercises, martial arts and self-defense. We also teach bushido, self-control, personal discipline, and respect for yourself and your opponents. We accept new members who are interested in self-defense.

We run a sports club with a focus on cycling. We provide training advice. We organize races.

We run a floorball club for children and youth. We organize floorball competitions. We run teams of men, women, juniors and juniors, juniors and juniors, older and younger pupils or elites.

We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We try to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children will learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics and fall technique. Our wards participate in competitions all over the country.

We run a sports club focusing on sports aerobics, bodystyling, pilates, step aerobics and zumba. We offer memberships but also classes for the public. We also provide sports weekend events. We participate in sports competitions.

We're a kickboxing gym. We focus mainly on children and youth, but we also have training for adults. We are looking for talent to join our team. If you have the desire to work on yourself, you can join us. The first training is free in our gym.

The association brings together students of the Y.C. Wong sifu. We organize training for beginners and advanced, children and adults.

We run a football club. We train senior, junior, youth, youth and men. We participate in matches.

Offer Kyokushin karate classes. Main goal is to develop and teach full-contact style of Kyokushin Karate, followed by Muay Thai and Circuit training. For this purpose the dojo is equipped with punching bags, lapas, bouncers and other necessary equipment to make the training sessions have the greatest effect.
