We operate an association dedicated to teaching the Korean martial art of Teakwon-Do. Taekwon-Do strengthens the mental side of a person at the same time as developing physical fitness.

Try Aikido, a modern martial art under the guidance of experienced teachers in the city centre. Learn modern self-defense, improve your physical fitness, coordination and balance, and boost your mental and emotional health in a relaxed atmosphere.

Tai Chi (Tai Ji, Tai Chi) and Kung Fu (Hung Kuen, Hung Gar) exercises. For adults and children. Health, relaxation, peace of mind, well-being and happiness, self-confidence.

We operate a sports club focusing on softball and T-ball. We train men's, junior and women's categories. We are recruiting new athletes who are interested in this sport. We attend and organize sporting events, games and tournaments.

Offering karate classes for children and adults.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.

The sports club is mainly focused on teaching shotokan style karate, from the youngest children to adults, and on preparing karate competitors for all important and prestigious competitions held in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Judo training for children from 6 years old and for adults. It is not important whether you want to compete or do judo for the joy of movement - with us the door is always open. Our aim is to give all people the opportunity to train according to the principles of judo: courtesy, courage, honesty, modesty, respect, self-control, friendship.

We run a sports club with a focus on running.

We offer athletics, all kamp jitsu, crossfit and boxing classes.

The club teaches the martial art of Aikido. Training of adults and youth (from 12 years old) is regularly twice a week. Exercise (9-14 years) is 1x a week for children. Recruitment of new members takes place all year round. The first class is FREE. Physical fitness, previous martial arts experience or age are not important.

We run a boxing team. We also do kickboxing and K-1 rules.

We are an archery club dedicated to all levels of archery from amateur hobby shooters to the national team. We train shooters in all disciplines and divisions of archery. We have over 150 active archers and over 250 members. Every year we bring dozens of medals from the Czech Championship to Pilsen.
