We teach karate and self-defense. We organize and provide training and study of karate in the form of regular training sessions and seminars. We provide advice on literature related to karate and related disciplines.

Self defense classes for men and women, close combat instruction. Krav Maga section. Weaponless fighting classes. We are the official representatives of the European Federation of Krav Maga RD in the Czech Republic.

Operation of the volleyball club. In our club we register teams of girls and boys, younger and older pupils, juniors. We participate in competitions and tournaments.

The main activities of the association are sports leisure activities for children, youth and adults, mainly focused on all-round movement and further on specializations in individual clubs.

Sports club focused on kickboxing according to K1 rules.

We are not only the centre of sports training of the Czech national team with a modern approach to training, athletes, coaches and implementation teams, but also a professional service centre of the Ministry of Education and Science for sport and physical education.
