Café Operation.

BirdSong Coffee is a family roastery where we take coffee as a joy and a responsibility. We select beans from farms that farm sustainably, often growing coffee trees in the shade of the surrounding trees and with respect for nature and biodiversity. We care about the taste, quality and origin of each of our coffees.

We operate a mobile cafe.

Years of experience in providing professional catering have taught us to fine-tune everything down to the last detail. We have worked with the most demanding clientele and we don't stop at events for thousands of people.

Bartending Agency offers: cocktails and mobile bars for your party, bartending and flair courses, we teach you how to mix cocktails, bartending shows, team building and training for your company's employees and for the general public, tastings or gastronomy consultancy.

Internet sales and brick-and-mortar shop for freshly roasted coffee. Offering 30 varieties of plantation coffees with a focus on single plantation arabica and espresso blends. Also selling chocolate from a producer in the Highlands. Also sale of espresso machines with built-in grinder and mocha pots.

The Coffee Roastery was established in 2015 after 9 years of development as a family business for the production and distribution of quality fresh roasted coffee. It happened at the instigation of one of the founders, due to the long absence of getting quality coffee that he liked in the Czech Republic.
